Personal data
We collect personal data (such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) only to the extent provided by you. The contract, consumption and cost data of the customer's electricity and gas points of delivery are recorded on enPORTAL on the basis of the load profile of the last calendar year, current invoices and the valid electricity and gas supply contract. In the database, the data of the customer's offtake points are stored, processed and made available to a large number of suppliers. In this context, the processing and use of your personal data is carried out exclusively for the fulfilment and settlement of contractual agreements and exclusively in connection with the existing business relationship. After complete execution of the contract, the data is initially stored taking into account statutory retention periods and deleted after expiry of the period, unless you have consented to further processing and use.

Usage data
Each time you access our site and each time a file is retrieved, access data about this process is stored in a log file on the server, such as the file name of the page from which the current page or file was requested, the date and time of the request, the amount of data transferred, the access status, the IP address, etc. This data is stored in anonymised form exclusively to ensure system security, usage analysis and optimisation of our Internet offering.
