The contract, consumption and cost data of the customer's electricity and gas points of delivery are recorded on enPORTAL on the basis of the load profile of the last calendar year, current invoices and the valid electricity and gas supply contract. In the database, the data of the customer's offtake points are stored, processed and made available to a large number of suppliers. In this context, the processing and use of your personal data is carried out exclusively for the fulfilment and settlement of contractual agreements and exclusively in connection with the existing business relationship.
