Information about the Twitter "X" page of: enPORTAL GmbH
We use the technical platform and services of Twitter International Unlimited Company for the information service offered here.
We would like to point out that you use this Twitter page and its functions on your own responsibility. This applies in particular to the use of the interactive functions (e.g. commenting, sharing, rating). Alternatively, you can also access the information offered via this page on our website at www.enportal.de.
When you visit our Twitter page, Twitter collects, among other things, your IP address and other information that is stored on your PC in the form of cookies. This information is used to provide us, as the operator of the Twitter pages, with statistical information about the use of the Twitter page.
The data collected about you in this context is processed by Twitter and may be transferred to countries outside the European Union. What information Twitter receives and how it is used is described by Twitter in general terms in its data usage guidelines. There you will also find information on how to contact Twitter and on the settings options for adverts.
You can find Twitter's complete data policy here:
Twitter does not conclusively and clearly state how it uses the data from visits to Twitter pages for its own purposes, to what extent activities on the Twitter page are assigned to individual users, how long Twitter stores this data and whether data from a visit to the Twitter page is passed on to third parties, and we are not aware of this.
When you access a Twitter page, the IP address assigned to your end device is transmitted to Twitter. Twitter also stores information about the end devices of its users (e.g. as part of the "login notification" function); Twitter may thus be able to assign IP addresses to individual users.
If you are currently logged in to Twitter as a user, a cookie with your Twitter ID is stored on your device. This enables Twitter to recognise that you have visited this page and how you have used it.
Information on how to manage or delete information about you can be found on the following Twitter support pages:
As the provider of the information service, we do not collect or process any other data from your use of our service.
You can find the current version of this privacy policy under "Data protection" on our Twitter page.
If you have any questions about our information services, please call us on 040-6042987-0 or send an e-mail to info@enportal.de.
The agreement on joint responsibility pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR (as of 21 August 2020) with Twitter can be found at https://gdpr.twitter.com/en/controller-to-controller-transfers.html
What data protection rights do I have?
You have the right to information, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your stored data, a right to object to the processing as well as a right to data portability and to lodge a complaint in accordance with the requirements of data protection law.
Right to information:
You can request information from us as to whether and to what extent we process your data.
Right to rectification:
If we process your data that is incomplete or incorrect, you can request that we correct or complete it at any time.
Right to cancellation:
You can request that we erase your data if we process it unlawfully or if the processing disproportionately interferes with your legitimate protection interests. Please note that there may be reasons that prevent immediate erasure, e.g. in the case of statutory retention obligations.
Irrespective of the exercise of your right to erasure, we will erase your data immediately and completely, provided that there is no legal or statutory retention obligation to the contrary.
Right to restriction of processing:
You can request that we restrict the processing of your data if
- you contest the accuracy of the data, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the data.
- the processing of the data is unlawful, but you refuse to have it erased and instead request that the use of the data be restricted,
- we no longer need the data for the intended purpose, but you still need this data for the assertion or defence of legal claims, or
- you have objected to the processing of the data.
Right of objection:
If we process your data on the basis of legitimate interest, you can revoke this at any time; this would also apply to profiling based on these provisions. We will then no longer process your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. You can object to the processing of your data for the purpose of direct advertising at any time without giving reasons.
Right to data portability:
You may request that we provide you with the data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and that you may transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from us, provided that
- we process this data on the basis of a consent given and revocable by you or for the fulfilment of a contract between us, and
- this processing is carried out using automated procedures.
If technically feasible, you can request that we transfer your data directly to another controller.
Right of appeal:
If you are of the opinion that we are violating German or European data protection law when processing your data, please contact us so that we can clarify any questions you may have. Of course, you also have the right to contact the supervisory authority responsible for you, the respective state office for data protection supervision.
If you wish to assert one of these rights against us, please contact our data protection officer. In case of doubt, we may request additional information to confirm your identity.
Right to withdraw consent
If we process your data on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Twitter International Unlimited Company is solely responsible for implementing these rights in accordance with Articles 15-20 of the GDPR with regard to the data stored by Twitter after joint processing. You also have the right to object and lodge a complaint with us as described above.
If you need assistance with this or have any other questions, please contact us by telephone on 040-6042987-0 or by e-mail at info@enportal.de. If you no longer wish the data processing described here to take place in the future, please remove the link between your user profile and our website by using the "I no longer like this page" and/or "No longer subscribe to this page" functions.
If you have any questions about data protection, you can also contact our data protection officer at
