enPORTAL blocks company Hoyer Strom und Erdgas GmbH from the marketplace and supports companies in ensuring security of supply

enPORTAL has learned today that the company Hoyer Strom und Erdgas GmbH is attempting to extraordinarily terminate agreed fixed-price contracts for electricity and gas supplies with enPORTAL customers. For this reason, the portal operator has decided to block the supplier Hoyer from its digital marketplace for electricity and gas with immediate effect. Over the past two years, Hoyer has been able to win numerous customers for electricity and gas supplies in nationwide tenders via enPORTAL. enPORTAL considers the extraordinary terminations to be invalid and recommends that all affected customers take immediate action against them. Around 35 customers, including well-known major customers, are now receiving support from the portal operator. In addition, enPORTAL is offering all companies that are not enPORTAL customers help at short notice to ensure security of supply by way of a replacement procurement.
