The challenge

The energy industry is undergoing change: digitalisation, artificial intelligence and data-driven processes are increasingly shaping the market environment. enPORTAL is actively shaping this process of change and is looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to further develop our customer relationships in a sustainable manner.

Your responsibilities

• Personal support and advice for major customers from industry, commerce and the public sector in the context of digital electricity and gas tenders.
• Support and advice for our customers in energy procurement and energy data management.
• Liaison between customers and energy suppliers, ensuring excellent service quality.
• Active participation in shaping and further developing our digital processes and services.

Your profile

• Commercial or energy management training – career changers with high motivation and digital affinity are expressly encouraged to apply.
• Confident handling of data, automated processes and new technologies.
• Strong communication skills, service orientation and enjoyment of working with a variety of customers.
• Creativity, initiative and innovative spirit, as well as the ability to respond flexibly to change and continuously develop, particularly in the field of modern technologies and AI tools.
