New values for electricity and gas - transparent cost overview with enPORTAL connect

Last Friday, the new levies and charges for 2025 were officially announced. enPORTAL has already updated all the new values on the enPORTAL connect energy platform. Customers thus benefit from the latest figures for their future business planning. They can now see what energy costs their company will incur next year. This is particularly relevant for companies in the commercial, industrial and SME sectors.

§ 19 StromNEV levy more than doubled

An important note: The § 19 StromNEV levy has more than doubled and increased by 0.9150 ct/kWh to 1.5580 ct/kWh. However, the increased rate only applies to the first 1,000,000 kWh. For self-consumed electricity quantities in excess of 1,000,000 kWh, the favourable rate of the levy in accordance with Section 19 (2) StromNEV applies to end consumer group B. This report will therefore become even more important in future.

Historical values transparently stored on the energy platform

All levies, charges and taxes that will no longer apply in 2025 will continue to be included in the historical values on the enPORTAL connect platform. This ensures better traceability of cost trends. The EEG levy or the switch-off load levy have been set to zero since 2023, but have influenced the electricity price in previous years.
